Graphic Artist Prevails in Claim of Homophobia

LOS ANGELES - A graphic artist who was fired for questioning her employer's attitude toward homosexuals won a $314,000 verdict by an Orange County Superior Court jury and a victory for the gay community, her attorney declared Thursday.
