PG&E Can Settle Small Claims

SAN FRANCISCO - More than 80 percent of the claims filed against Pacific Gas and Electric Co. - most so small the total equals a tiny fraction of the amount the bankrupt company says it owes to its creditors - may be resolved under a streamlined process approved Thursday.
