Ex-Officer Pleads Guilty in Shooting, Faces Prison

LOS ANGELES - Four months after his release from state prison for stealing cocaine from a Los Angeles Police Department locker room, former officer Rafael Perez faces time in federal prison after pleading guilty Monday to covering up the shooting of an unarmed man.
