San Francisco's Finaplex Inc. closed its second round of financing on Nov. 28, this time bringing in $17.1 million. The lead investor was Menlo Park-based Menlo Ventures. Co-investors were Mountain View's Softbank Venture Capital and San Francisco's First Republic Bank.
