A series of departures has left Haight Brown & Bonesteel's San Diego office operating at bare-bones capacity. The two most recent defections are those of partner Michael Perez and associate Siobhan Cullen . Earlier this month, Perez joined the downtown San Diego office of Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps .
