Latham advises health IT company in $1.3B deal

In the second of two billion-dollar deals announced Tuesday, Latham & Watkins LLP represented Kansas City, Mo.-based health care technology vendor Cerner Corp. in its $1.3 billion cash acquisition of Siemens Health Services.
