Bankruptcy filings dropped dramatically in California last year, showcasing a rebounding economy, but also less work for attorneys who help financially troubled individuals and businesses regain their footing.
Nationwide, the year ending in June saw 12 percent fewer bankruptcy filings, with the California numbers dropping 28 percent.
