Brown appoints new judge in Sacramento County

Jennifer K. Rockwell, chief legal counsel for the California Department of Finance, will be the newest member of the Sacramento County Superior Court bench, Governor Jerry Brown announced Thursday.

Jennifer K. Rockwell, chief legal counsel for the California Department of Finance, will be the newest member of the Sacramento County Superior Court bench, Governor Jerry Brown announced Thursday.


Rockwell will assume the seat vacated by U.S. District Judge Troy L. Nunley, who left for federal court in early 2013, leaving just one vacancy on the Sacramento court.
