Rockstar suit against Google partner to stay in Texas, judge rules
A patent infringement lawsuit filed by Rockstar Consortium US LP against a smartphone hardware partner of Google Inc. will remain in Texas, a federal judge ruled Monday.

A patent infringement lawsuit filed by Rockstar Consortium US LP against a smartphone hardware partner of Google Inc. will remain in Texas, a federal judge ruled Monday.
