Agencies settle with EPA over sewage discharge into SF Bay

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has reached an agreement with eight East Bay agencies to stop sewage discharge into the San Francisco Bay.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced Monday it has reached an agreement with eight East Bay agencies over their role in sewage overflow and spills into the San Francisco Bay.
