LA sued over Venice Beach boardwalk crash

Los Angeles-based plaintiffs' firms McNicholas & McNicholas LLP and Perez & Caballero have sued the city for allegedly creating the dangerous conditions at a crowded Venice Beach boardwalk last summer that enabled a man to intentionally plow his car into dozens of pedestrians.
