Netgear, other defendants beat patent suit

A federal judge in Texas granted summary judgment of non-infringement in a patent case involving a group of technology defendants led by Dish Network LLC, Netgear Inc. and Seagate Technology LLC last week.

A federal judge in Texas granted summary judgment of non-infringement in a patent case involving a group of technology defendants led by Dish Network LLC, Netgear Inc. and Seagate Technology LLC last week. Patent holder Garnet Digital LLC asserted a telecommunication patent against 17 different companies in separate lawsuits in September.
