Gov. Jerry Brown has nominated his legal affairs secretary, Jonathan K. Renner, to serve on the 3rd District Court of Appeal in Sacramento.

Gov. Jerry Brown has nominated his legal affairs secretary, Jonathan K. Renner, to serve on the 3rd District Court of Appeal in Sacramento.
