A new report on California commercial real estate is bullish on office space development as well as multi-family and industrial facility construction.


Within the market for multi-family housing development, Los Angeles is the big winner, according to the report released Wednesday by Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP and UCLA Anderson Forecast.
