High school justice: lingering questions

Today they call me "Judge" because I sit on the Los Angeles County Superior Court, but 49 years ago, at Beverly Hills High School, they'd have called me "Justice" had I sat on the Student Court. Justice - a title normally reserved for members of the Supreme Court. It sounds so magisterial: Justice Mohr at age 17.
