Ex-Yahoo GC heads to LinkedIn

LinkedIn has hired former Yahoo General Counsel Michael Callahan to serve as its next general counsel. He most recently worked as chief legal officer for online real estate marketplace Auction.com LLC.

Former Yahoo Inc. General Counsel Michael Callahan will serve as LinkedIn Corp.'s new vice president, general counsel and secretary starting Monday.


Callahan held the same positions at Yahoo for more than 12 years and, most recently, worked as chief legal officer for online real estate marketplace Auction.com LLC.
