Electronics companies targeted in Northern District antitrust complaint

Several electronics companies have been hit with a Northern District lawsuit accusing them of fixing the price of common electronic devices used to store, regulate, and discharge bursts of energy.

SAN FRANCISCO - Several electronics companies have been hit with a Northern District lawsuit accusing them of fixing the price of common electronic devices used to store, regulate, and discharge bursts of energy.


It is the latest antitrust action involving electronic components, following flat panel displays, lithium ion batteries, and computer memory chips.
