Entertainment lawyer's family to sue sheriff's department for wrongful death

The family of a lawyer known for working with musicians will sue the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for a deputy causing the accident that killed him.

Attorneys at Greene Broillet & Wheeler LLP said Tuesday they plan to sue the Los Angeles County sheriff's department over the deadly traffic accident that claimed the life of entertainment lawyer Milton Olin Jr.


The firm is set to hold a media conference at noon Wednesday to announce the civil wrongful death lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
