Eugene J. Majeski, founding partner of Redwood City firm Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley PC and a lion of litigation, has died at the age of 97.
Majeski - who died over the Fourth of July holiday - founded the firm in 1948 along with Harold Ropers. It has since grown to six offices, including two on the East Coast, in Boston and New York.
