In January, Dickson scored a $5.4 million arbitration award on behalf of two clients in a wrongful termination and whistleblower case against Masimo Corp. a major medical device provider.


Three months later, her clients suffered a reversal of fortune when a district judge granted a motion to vacate the award, based on a perceived bias by the arbitrator.
