Obama repeals 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell'

President Barack Obama certified Friday the repeal of the government’s ban on gays from serving openly in the military.

WASHINGTON - President Barack Obama certified Friday the repeal of the government's ban on gays from serving openly in the military, meaning the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy will officially be revoked Sept. 20.
