International social gaming battle heats up

Brazil's largest social gaming company, Vostu Ltd., is going up against Silicon Valley giant Zynga Inc. just as the company approaches its initial public offering.

LOS ANGELES - The developer behind some of Brazil's most popular social media games has fired back in a growing copyright dispute initiated by its international competitor, Zynga Inc.


Brazilian upstart Vostu Ltd. copied Zynga's popular social media-based properties like FarmVille and CityVille, Zynga alleged in its copyright suit last month.
