State Bar committee recommends $2.8 million upgrade

The State Bar's Committee on Planning, Program Development and Budget is recommending nearly $2.8 million in upgrades and repairs to the agency's building.

Despite an economic climate that has left other state entities cash-strapped and nervous about how they are going to function this year, the State Bar is considering setting aside nearly $2.8 million for repairs and upgrades to its San Francisco building.
