San Francisco court limits civil cases in light of budget cuts

San Francisco County Superior Court's presiding judge announced Monday that budget cuts have left her court so decimated that virtually all civil cases will come to a standstill.

SAN FRANCISCO - With harsh words for the governor, legislators and state judicial leaders, San Francisco County Superior Court's presiding judge announced Monday that budget cuts have left her court so decimated that virtually all civil cases will come to a standstill.
