Orange County judge admonished for biased remarks

The Commission on Judicial Performance publicly admonished Orange County Superior Court Judge Nancy A. Pollard on Wednesday for having made biased remarks from the bench in one case and for abusing her authority in another.

The Commission on Judicial Performance publicly admonished Orange County Superior Court Judge Nancy A. Pollard on Wednesday for having made biased remarks from the bench in one case and for abusing her authority in another.


Through her clerk, Pollard declined to comment on the commission's action, which followed criticism of her conduct in both cases by the 4th District Court of Appeal.
