Mary-Alice Coleman


Coleman says she eagerly takes public-sector clients when other employment lawyers shy away.


"There are additional administrative processes associated with claims against public entities," she said, "and this makes the cases expensive to prosecute."


Add to that is the problem with accountability, Coleman said. "It is difficult to find and identify the persons who are responsible for making the decisions."
