Infineon Settles Class Action for $6.2 Million

Infineon Technologies has settled a long-running securities class action with shareholders, agreeing to pay $6.2 million to resolve claims it artificially inflated its stock price between 2000 and 2004.

Infineon Technologies has settled a long-running securities class action with shareholders, agreeing to pay $6.2 million to resolve claims it artificially inflated its stock price between 2000 and 2004.
