Judge Denies Class Cert
A federal judge denied a motion for class certification Monday in what remains of a consolidated lawsuit against Silicon Valley Law Group and others who allegedly helped Ponzi schemer Edward H. Okun loot his own tax shelter.

Northern District Chief Judge James S. Ware of San Francisco denied a motion for class certification Monday in what remains of a consolidated lawsuit against Silicon Valley Law Group and others who allegedly helped Ponzi schemer Edward H. Okun loot his own tax shelter.
