FCC Rules Against Comcast

Comcast Cable Communications LLC discriminated against Santa Monica-based Tennis Channel Inc. by inhibiting the network’s ability to compete with other sports channels, the FCC found.

Comcast Cable Communications LLC discriminated against Santa Monica-based Tennis Channel Inc. by inhibiting the network's ability to compete with other sports channels, the Federal Communications Commission ruled Friday.
