Evans Oniha, co-owner of two Culver City-based health care companies, was convicted by a federal jury in the Central District of California late Thursday for one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud, four counts of health care fraud and one count of false statements relating to health care matters for his role in a Medicare fraud scheme.
