Former Employee Sues Law School

A former employee sued Thomas Jefferson School of Law last week, alleging that systematic sexual harassment by a supervisor of the plaintiff and his wife led to his eventual unlawful termination.

A former employee sued Thomas Jefferson School of Law last week, alleging that systematic sexual harassment by a supervisor of the plaintiff and his wife led to his eventual unlawful termination.

The complaint, filed in San Diego Superior Court, details a series of alleged abuses by James Cooper, the school's chief information officer, against Charles Dean, formerly director of educational technical services.
