Zynga Seeks $1 Billion

There were no surprises in San Francisco-based Zynga Inc.'s long awaited initial public offering filed Friday.

There were no surprises in San Francisco-based Zynga Inc.'s long awaited initial public offering filed Friday. The maker of online social media games is seeking $1 billion and revealed that it earned more than $90 million in profits and brought in nearly $600 million in revenue in 2010.
