L.A. Judge Retires After 20 Years on the Bench

Judge Martha E. Bellinger, supervising judge of Los Angeles County's East District juvenile courts, retired Friday after 20 years as a Superior Court bench officer.

LOS ANGELES - Judge Martha E. Bellinger, supervising judge of Los Angeles County's East District juvenile courts, retired Friday after 20 years as a superior court bench officer.
