WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to consider whether an Idaho couple can challenge the government's authority to prevent them from building on their land.
The 9th U.S. Circuit ruled that the clean water act closes out a pre-enforcement judicial review of the Environmental Protection Agency's jurisdiction to issue a compliance order.
