High Court Takes Decency Case
The U.S. Supreme Court announced Monday it will hear the Obama administration's case for restoring the federal regulations governing decency standards for the public airwaves.
The court will review a pair of 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals rulings hostile to the Federal Communications Commission's indecency policy. FCC v. Fox, 10-1293.
