Enron Lawyers Adapt to Difficult Circumstances

LOS ANGELES - From his sixth-floor office in Houston, attorney Mark Haedicke remembers the Enron Corp. of yesteryear. In 2000, the energy trading company threw a big holiday party at Enron Field, where the Houston Astros baseball team plays. The partygoers gathered at the stadium - eating, drinking and having a great time, said Haedicke, the senior legal counsel for Enron Wholesale Services.
