REAL ESTATE DIVISION ELECTS LEADER IN CONTRA COSTA

The real estate section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association has elected Clifford Horner, partner at Walnut Creek's Morgan Miller & Blair, to serve as president. Horner replaces Gary Garfinkle of Lafayette. His one-year term began Jan 1.
