Deputy public defenders testify judge did not flirt with them
The testimony from two San Diego deputy public defenders and two judges came in Judge Gary G. Kreep's Commission on Judicial Performance hearing on Wednesday.

SAN DIEGO — Two deputy public defenders testified Wednesday that Judge Gary G. Kreep never tried to flirt with them, and one called the allegation that Kreep engaged in flirtatious behavior with her and other female colleagues the "most absurd thing I have ever heard."
The public defenders also told a Commission on Judicial Performance panel that they could not recall Kreep using nicknames ...
