Royalties suit against Letterman tossed

Even accepting the plaintiff's claims at face value, they were blocked by statute, a judge ruled.

A judge has dismissed a lawsuit against David Letterman's production company, finding that claims brought by a former royalties collection agency alleging violation of a 2007 oral agreement were blocked by the statute of limitations.
