State Bar agrees to study passing score on bar exam

Two agency committees also approved studying whether the content of the exam aligns with the skills entry-level attorneys need.

Two State Bar committees gave their blessing Wednesday to the agency conducting a formal study of whether the score required to pass the California bar exam is appropriate or should be altered.
