Last October, the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission published their "Antitrust Guidance for Human Resource Professionals" (AGHRP). The purpose is "to alert human resource professionals and others involved in hiring and compensation decisions to potential violations of the antitrust laws."
