ABA rejects controversial bar exam passage resolution
The American Bar Association has rejected a resolution to raise the bar passage rate. After a debate stretching longer than an hour, the delegates voted against Resolution 110B that would have significantly changed ABA Standard 316 in order to "simplify and strengthen the bar passage standard for ABA-accredited law schools," according to a bar statement.
