Canadian company files infringement case against Snap Inc.

The complaint was filed in U.S. District Court in Santa Ana on Feb. 2, the same day Snap filed for an initial $3 billion public offering in the U.S. that's being handled by Cooley LLP, Snap's longtime legal adviser.
