State Bar trustee says Dunn was terminated 'without cause'
Trustee Michael Colantuono said other board members did not agree with his recollection and ultimately approved meeting minutes saying Joseph L. Dunn was fired as executive director pursuant to the "with or without" cause provision of his contract.
