Judge dismisses American Apparel founder's suit against Glaser Weil

A judge dismissed Dov Charney's malpractice lawsuit against Glaser Weil Fink Howard Avchen & Shapiro LLP Wednesday, though the law firm's outside counsel asserted it can still pursue fees and costs against Charney before an arbitrator.
