State Bar maintains it fired Dunn based on critical outside report

LOS ANGELES — The State Bar's board did not formally indicate it fired former Executive Director Joseph L. Dunn because of specific acts of misconduct, Bar President James Fox acknowledged during testimony Wednesday.
