Riverside County judge known for knowledge of law, ethics

E. Michael Kaiser was remembered as a judge's judge known for his strong work ethic and willingness to help colleagues.

E. Michael Kaiser, a retired Riverside County Superior Court judge, died on Jan. 24. He was 76.

Riverside County Superior Court Judge Gloria C. Trask described Kaiser as a judges' judge. "We judges would go to him and ask him questions and he was very knowledgeable and had tremendous work ethic," she said.
