Vizio defeats patent infringement lawsuit
Irvine-based television manufacturer Vizio Inc. dodged a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Israeli company Oplus Technologies Ltd. after a federal judge granted Vizio's motions for summary judgment of noninfringement last week.

Irvine-based television manufacturer Vizio Inc. dodged a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Israeli company Oplus Technologies Ltd. after a federal judge granted Vizio's motions for summary judgment of noninfringement last week.
