Calls grow to unlock our phones

On Sept. 17, after months of calls for legislation to unlock cellphones - including a "We the People" petition with 114,000 signatures - the White House filed a petition with the Federal Communications Commission asking all wireless carriers to unlock their devices so users can easily switch between carriers.
