Toyota wants acceleration suit tossed

LOS ANGELES - Toyota Motor Corp. wants a judge to dismiss the first of some 80 sudden acceleration personal injury lawsuits against the automaker to go to trial here, arguing that the plaintiffs failed to present enough evidence that a 2006 Camry possessed a design defect because it did not include an electronic brake override system.
